About Myself
I was born and raised in San Diego, California. It has been my dream to become a relational therapist since my first psychology course in high school. My life has been dedicated to learning about what helps us thrive as individuals and relational beings. To help others to the best of my ability, I have dedicated as much time and energy toward my own mental health and self-realization as I have put into my education and career.
Education
I have studied psychology and social behavior, as well as gender and sexuality, since my undergraduate education at the University of California, Irvine (UCI). I am in my final year of a Doctor of Psychology program at Alliant International University, San Diego, where I also earned my Master of Arts in Marital and Family Therapy.
Training
I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for individuals, couples, and families.
Approach
I prefer to take the stance of a guide to help foster healing, resilience, and a sense of direction to remain with you after therapy. I am affirming of fellow LGBTQIA+ identities, tenderly practice cultural humility, and happily serve both monogamous and non-monogamous relationship structures.
