Abigail's Approach
Abigail’s practice is grounded in Narrative Therapy, focusing on honoring her clients’ wisdom. She creates a space for clients to explore the values, intentions, initiatives, and dreams that guide their lives. While Narrative Therapy forms the foundation of her approach, she also incorporates EMDR and somatic techniques. Her practice is always viewed through a socially conscious and client-centered lens.
Abigail welcomes the inclusion of your loved ones in therapy sessions if you wish. Many issues may reveal themselves to be shared and relational in nature.
Abigail is passionate about the power of connection and the possibilities that arise from mutual understanding and care. With compassion and empathy, the body relaxes, the mind finds peace, and growth is allowed to flourish.
