We provide evaluations for Extreme Hardship, Domestic Violence (VAWA), Political Asylum, U-Visas & T-Visas, supporting you each step of the way.
What to Expect from Our Providers
- Timeliness: Evaluations can be completed within four weeks, depending on our calendar.
- Direct Interaction: Face-to-face meetings, in-person or via zoom.
- Detailed Reports: Comprehensive reports including mental status examinations and diagnostic evaluations.
- Individualized Approach: Each case is approached uniquely to ensure personalized support.
Costs and Timelines
- Assessment costs range from $1,200-1,600, depending on the case type and timeline.
- A limited number of reduced fee and pro bono assessments are available each year. Please inquire about availability.
- Rush evaluations are available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
- Languages: Halcyon offers English and Spanish speaking providers. Please discuss with your lawyer if a Court Certified translator is needed for your assessment independent of the fluency of the provider. This is a separate fee.
